“I’m giving Stephen A Smith 50 and icing in the 4th quarter”: Dwyane Wade hilariously trolls ESPN anchor by posting a picture of his college mug shot
Dwyane Wade says he’d ‘drop 50 points on Stephen A Smith and be icing in the 4th quarter’ on an old pic of the ESPN star.
We all know that D-Wade was a superstar in the NBA. The Flash was always on point for the Miami Heat through his first 9 seasons in the league. Injuries troubled him from 2012 onwards, but before that D-Wade was an absolute beast.
There is still nobody in the league today, save for Kyrie Irving, who can split double-teams like Wade. The Heat legend had a knack for drawing his defenders one side and going through them like few others.
Understandably, Wade is going to be a first-ballot entry into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in a few years. This is in sharp contrast to Stephen A Smith, whom we know best because of his swashbuckling sports talk on live TV.
Stephen A Smith and Dwyane Wade go back and forth in friendly Twitter banter
A mugshot of Stephen A Smith from his days at Winston-Salem State is now doing the rounds on Twitter. D-Wade also chanced upon this image, and he used this as the perfect opportunity to roast Stephen A:
“Giving this dude 50 and icing by the 4th quarter”

Stephen A has been listed at a height of just about 6’1″, and there’s no way in hell that he was half as athletic as a Marquette D-Wade. So this is not an empty threat by any means.
Smith loved this bit of banter from Wade, and he acknowledged the same on his new show ‘Stephen A’s World’. He provided us even more meme material with a botched between-the-legs dribble, before swishing a jumper.
Yeah @DwyaneWade. Okay. Recognize the skills. Haaaaa 🙂 pic.twitter.com/w3oVKmxS7v
