"Kevin Durant left me outside the club": Wiz Khalifa reveals the hilarious story of how the Nets superstar once ditched him because Wiz was barred by bouncers

Wiz Khalifa narrates the story of a time when Nets star Kevin Durant left him hanging, alone, when he wasn’t allowed in a nightclub.

The 33-year-old rapper is an army brat who’s lived on bases around the world. Khalifa is a truly multicultural rapper, with the knowledge of all the places that he’s lived at. He portrays the image of the ultimate cool stoner in today’s hip hop industry.

Khalifa is also an avid sports fan. He embraces basketball as a sport representing hip hop culture the best way. Many of Khalifa’s songs have made the cut for the NBA 2K franchise’s soundtracks.

Wiz has recently begun training in mixed martial arts. He’s gained a ton of musculature in his upper body, around his biceps, his trunk and his back. This has led to him looking very different from his ‘Mac and Devin’ days, when he resembled a walking stick. We’re all for this healthy lifestyle change made by him.

Wiz Khalifa narrates how Kevin Durant ditched him outside a nightclub

The Pittsburgh rapper told us about the time Kevin Durant once ditched him outside a nightclub:

“Kevin Durant, that’s the homie from back in the day. You remember when you left me outside the club? Yeah, man, he left me outside the club.”

“We was ’bout to get in the club and they looked at him and they (presumably the bouncers) looked at everybody he was with, and they was like, ‘Y’all can get in but he can’t.’ [Durant] was like, ‘Bro, I’m going to see you later, yo.’”

“But what I did, though … I got back, right? And I came back in the club and I met him in there, you know what I’m saying,” Wiz said. “’Cause I’m not no slouch, you feel me? No love lost, playa … It’s all good. Don’t even trip. It’s not your fault.”
