"Kevin Durant, your fans gave me a black eye": Kash Doll reveals how she hilariously tricked the Nets star while shooting a new music video

Kash Doll and Kevin Durant are apparently good enough friends. We can tell this judging by how the rapper pranked KD on FaceTime.

Kash Doll first gained international fame among basketball fans when she seemed to feud with Durant. This ‘feud’ happened over the nickname of KD – Doll laid claim to this nickname addressed to Durant by most people.

At the time, Durant had made it clear that he wasn’t going to give up his claim to a nickname that’s rightfully his. The Nets star then revealed that he’s good friends with the rapper and that this was their way of bantering.

Kash Doll gives Kevin Durant a scare with her makeup

As a rap artist, Kash often has to go shooting for music videos. She obviously has to put on different kinds of makeup to pull off whichever role she’s been asked to enact.

On this occasion, the song demanded that Kash be adorned with a black eye and a bloody nose. She took this opportunity to FaceTime KD and give him a scare.

She said she managed to successfully convince Durant for a few seconds that her appearance was the result of a few miscreant fans mistreating her physically:

“Y’all I FaceTimed Kevin Durant last night on set while my (black eye and bloody nose make-up was on) and told him his fans did that to me bc of the KD argument. Y’all should’ve seen his face!!! He was so concerned until I started laughing then he hung up.”

In all fairness, most guys would be concerned when a woman tells him some fans of his have hit her. But it seems Kash may also be partly tongue in cheek with this tweet as well.

This latest Twitter exchange is now convincing rap fans and basketball fans alike that Durant and Kash are seeing each other.
