In what marks his mere seventh appearance of the current season, Bucks forward Khris Middleton had everyone surprised, courtesy of his dirty play against Grizzlies guard Dillon Brooks. In what seemed very unlikely from the former champion, who enjoys a decent reputation in the league.

The play involved Middleton driving in with the ball as Brooks guarded him, attempting to make his way through the paint, performing a spin move Khash Money would be stripped off the ball by the Grizzlies guard, resulting in the former engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.

What followed left everyone stunned, as Middleton would grab Brooks’ leg in a Grizzlies’ possession of the ball, causing the Canadian guard to trip and fall, who was visibly livid, expressing his angst to the officials. Following the incident, the Bucks forward would receive a flagrant 1.

Middleton’s actions left Twitterati aghast, given it wasn’t something one would expect from the Bucks forward.

In his 11 seasons so far in the NBA, Middleton has relatively stayed off all kinds of controversies and drama, laying low most of the time, a big reason why his play during the contest against the Grizzlies would have many of us surprised.

No doubt an ugly play by Middleton, who seemed to have let Brooks get into his head.
