LeBron James deserves to win the MVP award

LeBron James deserves to be the MVP this season according to DeMarcus Cousins and the former Lakers man has given a hilarious reason for it.

The Lakers legend is an inspiration for his fans around the globe. LeBron has maintained his high fitness standards throughout his NBA career. The former Cavs’ star has been playing some exquisite basketball in his 17th year in the league. Now, Cousins, in a hilarious way, has supported his former teammate who seems to be in a tough battle with Giannis for the MVP award.

Cousins could not play for the Lakers this season due to his injuries. The Lakers released him during the shutdown. Meanwhile, his former Lakers teammate Lebron has been playing some his career best basketball in his 17th year in the league.

Demarcus Cousins’ take on LeBron winning the NBA MVP

The former Warriors guard mentioned that the four-time MVP winner is the only player in the NBA playing at an elite level with grey hair. LeBron has been praised by the entire league for his amazing longevity.

The MVP award for this season is likely to be a shoot-out between reigning MVP Giannis and 4-time winner LeBron James.

LeBron has shown no signs of slowing down with his increasing age. While several great players have slowed down at age 35, Lebron is still the best player in the league.

The Lakers superstar has one of the best basketball IQ’s in the entire league. Although his athletic abilities have decreased, his playmaking skills have gone up a notch. The 3-time NBA champion has led the league in assists this season.
