LeBron James is having a tremendous career for a high-intensity forward in a game that rewards players with higher athleticism with early retirement. However, the same just can’t be said about his hairline. The 38-year-old might still have a body of a baller in his 20s, but his head of hair has been looking like a 60-year-old’s for at least 10 years now. And Paul George and Jalen Green, both of whom have more than a decent amount of hair on their heads, recently trolled James for it.

LeBron was losing a tremendous amount of hair all of a sudden when he was in Miami after the 2010 off-season. Maybe the hate from the fans and media and not winning a championship in his first year were putting a lot of pressure on him. For years since, he has been adamant about keeping his hair, but his scalp just doesn’t agree with him. And neither do his fellow NBA players.
Paul George and Jalen Green troll LeBron James’ hairline
Jalen Green recently made an appearance on Paul George’s Podcast P and was talking about his massive head of hair and why he cut it. PG, who himself has a strong hairline, took to trolling his co-host Dallas Rutherford, who is bald.
And while talking about transplants Green said, “Don’t Bron got the hair install[ment]?”
To which Paul George responded by saying LeBron James does have hair installment by hysterically mimicking how James would sometimes set his hair on the court these days. Watch the exchange in the following YouTube clip by Podcast P.
The experts in the hair-transplant industry say James has had over 2400 hair grafts on his head. If you look at his images from the 2014 off-season, you’d think that it must be more because he lost almost all of it. However, they miraculously grew back in a few months when he was back in Cleveland.

This is why fans and fellow players know for a fact that he had a hair transplant.
James had an Afro in high school
A 16-year-old LeBron, ready for playing against his idol next year, maintained an Afro like Kobe Bryant. Here’s the proof in the tweet by NBA Central below.

However, he’d cut it short before making it to the NBA, making himself look a bit more mature. Admittedly though, he could have followed Kobe and Michael Jordan in keeping a completely bald head.
However, he is pretty persistent in his will to keep them. James once even told Rachel Nichols how jealous he was of Dwyane Wade’s hairline.
James might be a billionaire standing on top of the NBA’s all-time scoring leaderboard along with numerous other accolades, but a man can’t have everything, can he?
