‘LeBron James put the league on notice against Draymond Green’: Steph Curry and Warriors left fuming after DPOY is ejected for shouting at James Wiseman

Draymond Green gets called for his 2nd technical foul and gets ejected from the game after he yelled at his own teammate.

The Warriors are currently hosted the Knicks at their brand new Chase Center arena. The Warriors looked to grab another win after a blowout victory over the Spurs last night.

Steph Curry led to squad against DeMar DeRozan and co. as he notched 26 points and bagged some flashy, SportsCenter worthy highlights along the way. The Warriors were 8-6 and a win would have brought them one step closer to a top 4 seed in the West.

This however, might be tougher than the Warriors thought it would be. The Warriors’ 2nd star Draymond Green has been ejected from the ballgame.

Draymond Green gets ejected and everybody on the Warriors is confused

Draymond Green is all too familiar with technical fouls. His most famous one was when he kicked LeBron James in the groin in Game 4 of the 2016 NBA Finals. This led to Green being suspended for Game 5 for accumulation of technical fouls.

Green has experienced yet another ejection as he gathered two techs before the first half ended. The second technical foul called on him did not make much sense, however.

While getting back on defense, Draymond was yelling at rookie teammate James Wiseman. NBA official Ben Taylor thought the former DPOY was in fact yelling at him. This caused Taylor to ‘T’ up Green, which eventually led to his ejection.

The Warriors were very confused at the call. They tried to explain the situation to the other referees on the floor. Steve Kerr wanted to challenge the call. But you can only challenge goaltending calls, out-of-bounds, and fouls. The technical didn’t include any of these.

LeBron James had remonstrated after the last game about an uncalled travel on Draymond Green. He was proved right by the Last Two Minutes report for the game later on. Fans obviously never let an opportunity for a joke go, so they pounced on this one with relish.
