“LeBron James Vs Dillon Brooks But In The Stands”: Amid Chirpy Lakers-Grizzlies Series, Fans Display Loyalty With Physical Altercation

As expected, the Los Angeles Lakers-Memphis Grizzlies series is as heated as one expected it to be. While the All-Star duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis trying to lead the Purple & Gold, the Ja Morant-less squad have been trying to get under their skin.

Much like Game 1, in Game 2 as well, we witnessed the likes of Dillon Brooks talk trash all game long. While even the NBA’s all-time leading scorer lost his cool on a few occasions, Taylor Jenkins’ boys were successful in grabbing a huge 103-92 win without the presence of a few starters.

While the players have been battling it out on the hardwood, the fans too haven’t missed out on any action themselves. A recent clip that went viral from Game 2 showed a Lakers fan and a Grizzlies fan getting into a physical altercation.

Here, have a look at the heated fight.

The Lakers might have lost the game, however, this LA fan surely emerged victorious.

NBA Twitter reacts to a Lakers fan beating a Grizzlies fan

As soon as the clip went viral on social media, NBA Twitter was flooded with reactions.

Rui Hachimaura talks about Dillon Brooks calling LeBron James “old”

After grabbing the 10-point win in Game 2, Brooks had some shocking words directed towards King James.

In the postgame interview, the 6-foot-6 swingman spoke about his confrontation with the 4-time Most Valuable Player during the course of the game. Dillon said:

“I don’t care. He’s old…I poke bears. I don’t respect someone until he gives me 40.”

Rui Hachimura addressed the Oregon product’s words during the media availability the next day. Stating that the Tennessee-based franchise loved trash-talking, the 25-year-old said:

“That’s all they can do. They’re a young team. They just want to talk. We don’t really care. We’re just going to play our game and try to win the game.”

With both teams having won 1 game each, the series has definitely become much more interesting.
