After the Game 6 loss at home, the Warriors knew they needed to come out with intent if they wanted to take Game 7. They ended the first quarter down 31-30, and the half down 58-56. Curry had 20 at the half, and was looking rather dangerous. It only got worse for the Kings in the 3rd. Dubs outscored them 35-23 in the 3rd, and then 29-19 in the 4th to take home the 120-100 win.
Stephen Curry drops 50, gets reactions from Kevin Durant, Patrick Mahomes
Till today, the highest any player had scored in Game 7 was Kevin Durant(48 vs MIL in 2021). However, Stephen Curry was on a mission tonight. He took a career-high 38 shots, making 20 of them. He ended the night scoring 50 points and also had eight rebounds, six assists, and a steal to his name.
He didn’t only break KD’s Game 7 record, but also set a personal best in playoffs. Watching his performance, many other stars couldn’t help but react to it.

NBA Analysts react to Steph’s dominant night
There are only a handful of on-air analysts who picked the Warriors to actually win the series, especially after digging themselves the 0-2 hole. Kendrick Perkins was not one of them. After the game, he put out a tweet admitting he was wrong.
Even a hater like myself have to just sit back and applaud the GREATNESS of Steph Curry!!! God Bless America.

Skip Bayless, who has always hated on Steph for ‘not being clutch’ ended up changing his entire tune about the Warriors’ star.
Remember when I battled just about every basketball expert at ESPN who said it was a no-brainer to take Blake Griffin first overall … and I kept saying, no-no-no, the first pick should be the little guy at Davidson, Steph Curry? Steph went 7th. Now, if you re-drafted …
