With the emergence of the NBA’s newest trio in James Harden, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant, the league might start to trend towards having big 3s once again.
After the collapse of the Golden State Warriors superteam, it seemed as though superstar duos would be dominating the league. From LeBron James and Anthony Davis, to Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, the NBA has a plethora of teams led by 2 stars.
However, competing with the new-look Brooklyn Nets might prove to be an issue with them looking as potent as they do on offense. This is why the Miami Heat are currently expressing interest in acquiring Bradley Beal from the Wizards.
The Miami Heat have inquired about trading for Bradley Beal
The Bradley Beal sweepstakes haven’t been talked about for quite some time. However, with Washington’s abysmal play to start the season off, it seems as though Bradley Beal might have had enough of carrying this team.
The Miami Heat have inquired about Beal in the past, but talks seemed to halt when the Wizards asked the Heat to include Tyler Herro. At that moment, Herro was reportedly untouchable. However, that seemed to have just been a rumor.
Now, the defending ECF champs look to bolster their roster by reigniting Bradley Beal trade talks. Barry Johnson of the Miami Herald reports that the Heat are once again ‘highly’ interested in trading for Beal.

Miami has said that an asking price of Herro, Robinson, Achiuwa, and picks would be too much for the Heat. Precious Achiuwa has really shown flashes of potentially being able to develop into a star. Duncan Robinson has proven to be perhaps the best shooter in the league.
Miami will definitely have a tough decision ahead of them if the Wizards make Beal available for trade.
