'Michael Jordan would never take anything personally': Skip Bayless slams LeBron James

Skip Bayless takes shots at LeBron James saying that Michael Jordan would never take any comment personally.

Skip Bayless has cemented himself in the upper echelons of the “LeBron haters” as well “Jordan fanboys” clubs. The sports analyst, once again, takes to Undisputed to big-up Michael Jordan while simultaneously bringing down LeBron James.

No matter what the argument may be about, as long as LeBron James’ name is in it, Skip Bayless will find a way to speak ill on his name.

Whether it is his game on the court and on most occasions, his lifestyle off the court, Bayless will be ready strike while the iron is hot.

Michael Jordan may not even be in the discussion but Bayless will find a way to compare the ‘GOAT’ to the ‘King’.

Skip Bayless compares Jordan to LeBron yet again

LeBron James recently responded to Kyrie Irving’s statement on James not being a crunch time player, saying he was hurt by the comment.

So on the most recent episode of Undisputed, Skip and Shannon Sharpe sat down to discuss this comment by James.

Right off the bat, Skip said, “Can you imagine MJ taking anything this seriously or personally?” Shannon Sharpe responds with an astounding, “YES! He brought the guy who beat him out for the varsity squad, 25 years prior, to his HOF ceremony.”

To Shannon’s astonishment, Skip defended Jordan saying, ‘That was out of anger, LeBron’s was out of hurt!”

Is this a fair comparison by Skip Bayless?

One of the biggest memes of 2020 was a GIF of Michael Jordan saying, “And I took that personally,” which was taken from The Last Dance documentary.

Jordan also quite infamously kept All-NBA point guard Isiah Thomas off the 1992 ‘Dream Team’ out of pure spite.

Though Michael Jordan’s pure love for winning trumped all else, he wasn’t without his moments of spite and negative emotion.
