NBA action will see the Washington Wizards take on the New Orleans Pelicans tonight. Here we look at the preview and TV schedule for the game.
The New Orleans Pelicans take on the Washington Wizards tonight knowing that a loss for them might end their chances to make the play-in tournament. The Wizards on the other hand have fallen behind the Hornets who did not even make the trip to the bubble. The Wizards are the only team in the entire league to be confirmed exiting the bubble after the seeding games end.
The Pelicans were humbled by the Kings and will now have to win their remaining games to stand any chance of making the play-in tournament. Zion will look to dominate the game against Wizards after missing the major chunk of his rookie season with injuries.
Brandon Ingram and Lonzo Ball have a massive role to play in tonight’s game too, because if they don’t step up to the plate, it could be curtains for the Pelicans this season.

With the Wizards likely to go home after their seeding games, they would like to cause a few upsets in their remaining games. Rookie Hachimura might finally be freed to cause havoc on the Pelicans. Wizards have been extremely poor in the Bubble and will want a strong performance to restore some pride.
With the shackles off, the Wizards are now free to play a free-flowing game and will look to cause problems for the Pelicans who looked tame during their defeat to the Kings.
Expected starting line-up: Troy Brown, Ish Smith, Isaac Bonga, Rui Hachimura, Thomas Bryant

Defensively Pelicans have been pretty abysmal and Zion will need to step up and sort that out. He’s slated to play around 20-25 minutes tonight and will need to be absolutely locked in to provide a glimmer of hope to his franchise.
Zion and co. have had dismal shooting stats in the bubble and will look to improve that in order to force a late entry into the play-in games.
Expected starting line-up: Lonzo Ball, Jrue Holiday, Brandon Ingram, Zion Williamson, Derrick Favors
