Over 50 Days After Begging Skip Bayless To Take Charles Barkley Away, Shaquille O'Neal Showcases 71 Y/o Getting Talked Over By His 3 New Co Hosts

Earlier this year, UNDISPUTED suffered a huge breakup as Shannon Sharpe revealed he would be parting ways with the Fox Sports show. Agreeing to a buyout, Sharpe cut all of his ties with Skip Bayless, who reportedly controlled the NFL legend’s “job security”. After months of speculation, the show has revealed its new hosts. Trying to make up for Sharpe’s departure, it now has three new personalities who will be joining Bayless – Keyshawn Johnson, Richard Sherman, and Michael Irvin. As many predicted, the show, without Sharpe on the panel, was a disaster. For the first time ever, Skip was not allowed to talk. Shaquille O’Neal, who once begged Bayless to recruit Charles Barkley to the FS1 show, even shared a clip of the same incident on his Instagram Story.

Despite their rough past, Shaquille O’Neal loves trolling Charles Barkley. On various instances over the past 12 years, Shaq and Chuck have indulged in friendly banter on the sets of Inside the NBA. As one of his methods of pulling Barkley’s leg, more than 50 days ago, the Big Aristotle begged Skip Bayless to take the Suns legend away as the new member on the UNDISPUTED show.

Skip Bayless has earned the reputation for being the alpha male of his show. During Shannon Sharpe’s tenure, Bayless would often cut him off. Now, on the latest episode of the show, the tables have seemed to turn. While discussing about NFL’s Dak Prescott, the three new co-hosts got into a heated argument. As seen in the Instagram post by HRTV below, Skip wasn’t even given a chance to voice out his opinions.

Shaq was among many others who found this clip extremely funny. As seen in tragicpatek’s tweet, the TNT analyst shared Snoop Dogg’s post on his Instagram story.

Skip certainly felt the need to address this issue on live television. Calling out his co-hosts for “talking too much”, Bayless made it pretty clear that he was the protagonist of the show. Take a look at ClutchPoint’s tweet.

The first episode with the new panel was extremely hilarious and certainly didn’t go according to the 71-year-old’s plans. It’ll be interesting to follow the show closely as the upcoming football and basketball season commences.

Shannon Sharpe set to join ESPN’s First Take following split with Skip Bayless

Despite what their on-screen chemistry may have looked like, Sharpe and Bayless had a tense relationship. Apart from dismissing Sharpe’s takes, Skip even criticized the NFL Hall-Of-Famer’s career. Maybe that was the breaking point for Shannon Sharpe.

However, having built a great reputation for himself, Sharpe soon found himself another gig. Stephen A. Smith revealed that the 55-year-old analyst would join him on the sets of First Take. Making his ESPN debut on 4th September, it’ll be extremely entertaining to see the Smith-Sharpe duo indulge in some sensible arguments.
