Game 2 of the Western Conference Semi-Finals took place on Saturday night, between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Denver Nuggets.

The Clippers looked off of their game throughout all 48 minutes of the bout, never once taking a lead against the Nuggets. Out of all of the Los Angeles Clippers players who underperformed, Patrick Beverly had the most disappointing performance Saturday night.

This caused Patrick Beverly to viciously retaliate, resulting in 2 quick technical fouls being called against, which means Pat Bev was ejected.
At the 1:04, the score was 107-99, with the Clips only being down by 8. However, due to Beverly’s foul on Jerami Grant, and his ejection, the Nuggets were awarded 3 free throws, effectively sealing the game for the Nuggets.
Is Patrick Beverly a good defender?
Patrick Beverly is known around the league as a “get in your face” type on ball defender. He is always reaching in for the steal and applies immense pressure on the ball handler. However, this type of defense usually ends up being called a foul.
