Over the weekend, Payton Pritchard erupted for a 92-point performance and then followed it with an incredible 57-point triple-double performance, leading Team Pritchard to win the 2021 Portland Pro-Am Championship.

Payton Pritchard has been on fire this past week. The Boston Celtics shooting guard has been everywhere on social media for his incredible 92-point performance.

Yes, you read that absolutely correct. The 23-year-old represented Team Pritchard at the 2021 Portland Pro-Am Championship this summer. And over the weekend, dropped a surreal 92-point and 8-rebounds performance, in a 165-163 win, to help his team advance to the finals of the tournament. And With his jaw-dropping 92-point night, Payton eclipsed Former MVP candidate Isaias Thomas and his recent 81-point performance at a Seattle Pro-Am Game.

Pritchard just didn’t stop there. After an unbelievable 92-point night, the former Oregon Duck had an outstanding 57-point, 15 rebounds and 12 assists triple-double to help his team defeat ICP Portland 160-133 to win the 2021 Portland Pro-Am Championship.

NBA Twitter can’t stop raving about Payton Pritchard and his incredible Pro-Am performances

As soon as Pritchard’s performances went viral on social media, NBA Twitter just couldn’t stop talking about him. While a few fans were in awe of his performances, there was also a group of critiques who didn’t appreciate him cause “he couldn’t do the same in an NBA game”.

After such massive performances, Payton revealed he would fly back to Las Vegas in time to play the Championship game. In the 3 games, he played at the Summer League, Pritchard averaged 20.3 points and 8.7 assists per game on 57.7% shooting from beyond the arc.

Will Pritchard be able to cap off such an incredible week with a Summer League Championship? Fans will have to tune in on Tuesday at 6 PM ET, to watch Payton in action against an undefeated Sacramento Kings team.
