'Lakers to trade Kyle Kuzma?': LeBron James and Richard Jefferson hilariously troll Lakers star

LeBron James had some great moments in his new appearance on the Road Trippin’ podcast with former teammate Richard Jefferson.

Less than 2 months after winning the 4th NBA title and 4th Finals MVP of his career, LeBron James has reason to believe he’s still the man. At 35 years of age and due to be 36 before the turn of the year, it is actually mind-boggling how he continues to set the standards for the NBA.

The man is a machine, and we’re lucky to see him on a great team during his peak years skill-wise and IQ-wise. The fact that James has found the best running mate of his career at this age means he can extend it to be a lot longer.

Ahead of the new NBA season, James stepped into an interview with former teammate Richard Jefferson, who he won an NBA title with in 2016.

LeBron James and Richard Jefferson joke about Kyle Kuzma getting traded

James is never shy to crack a joke or take one for the team when the timing is right. On his appearance on Road Trippin’, he was acknowledging the contributions of the Lakers who’re now on other teams for the 2019-20 NBA trophy.

LeBron began by thanking JaVale McGee, Rajon Rondo, Danny Green, Dwight Howard and Quinn Cook. Right in the middle of this, Jefferson, who’s one of the best podcast hosts out there, threw in Kyle Kuzma’s name for good measure.

James responded with the kind of ‘Shut up’ everyone reserves for their best friends pulling their leg.

Even if the Lakers are looking to trade Kuzma away, they haven’t been successful so far. Many believe that Kuzma dragged the team down during the playoffs. That is why RJ’s comic timing seemed so appropriate on this occasion
