Shaquille O’Neal Has a New $1.22 million Home in North Texas Amid “Big Chicken” Restaurant Expansion Plans
Shaquille O’Neal is a big man who loves to spend big. That is why he went “big” and bought a new home where everything is big – Texas.
Shaquille O’Neal is one of the most successful men in the world. The 7’1″ Hall of Famer has achieved so much, both as a former NBA superstar and as a businessman.
As a player, he has won four NBA Championships and an MVP award across his 19 seasons in the league. Earning a total of $286 million throughout his career. Following this, Shaq began investing in several businesses and has amassed a net worth of $400 million.
With so much money in the bank, Diesel can pretty much buy anything he wants. Most recently, the big man has invested in a lovely $1 million home in the state of Texas.

When it comes to Shaq, it’s either go big or go home. This is exactly what O’Neal’s motto is when it comes to his purchases, businesses, and investments. This includes his Las Vegas-based restaurant, Big Chicken.
Diesel is expanding the Big Chicken franchise to Texas, and as a result, he has bought a house there to help facilitate the move. The former San Antonio resident purchased a beautiful $1.22 million home in Carrollton, Texas.

Shaq bought the home with the help of an agent, Zac Gideo. The house is nearly 5,300 square feet in size and has numerous amenities like a pool, a home theatre, as well as a gated motor court.
An amazing house to say the least. Hopefully, the big man enjoys his time in the new house every time he visits North Texas.
Shaq does invest quite a bit of money in real estate
His new luxury home in Texas isn’t the only property Shaquille O’Neal has under his name. The Orlando Magic star previously owned a place in Florida, and still owns homes in Los Angeles and Atlanta. A must considering just how much he travels.
The man truly lives a luxurious life. But, given how hard he has worked to get here, it is safe to say that he totally deserves it.
