”Skip Bayless Went Below the Belt”: Gilbert Arenas Speaks on $17 Million Worth FS Analyst Insulting NFL legend Shannon Sharpe

Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless have been co-hosting on Fox Sports 1 for more than 6 years after the latter parted ways with ESPN where he used to share the screen with Stephen A. Smith.

Each of the latter two, on their separate shows, is getting so intolerable in their shows by the day, just imagine, those two coming together in one show today. Thank goodness, that we don’t have to see it anymore.

However, Bayless, who is well capable of making you want to break your own TV set whenever he comes on, took it to another level recently when he insulted his UNDISPUTED partner while discussing Tom Brady.

Gilbert Arenas calls out Skip Bayless for going below the belt with Shannon Sharpe

If, at all, Skip ever made sense to you while talking sports, you must have certainly lost it when you listen to him comparing Hall of Fame ‘tight end’ to TB12 who is a quarterback. How is that in any way, shape, or form logical?

First of all, how would you compare two players playing different positions? And let’s say Brady is better, which he is than any other Football player on the planet, how will anybody talk about him at all?

Nobody has as many accolades, he literally is the GOAT! Does that mean no criticism?

This is what surprised a former 3-time All-Star guard who played for the Washington Wizards of the National Basketball Association. Gilbert Arenas couldn’t understand the $17 million worth analyst’s “below the belt” attack on his studio partner.

It’s actually funny how much people listen to this man who could not have played any sport in his life but claims to be a high school basketball player.

How can Bayless, who “claims” to have played college basketball, call out Shannon’s achievements?

Sharpe has played 14 seasons in one of the most rigorous sports of all. Playing at the tight end position, the NFL legend helped Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens win 3 Superbowls, and ranks 3rd all-time in tight end reception, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.

I doubt Bayless played 14 minutes of college basketball or ever had the 3rd best scores in his class during school or college. Still, that 71-year-old, not-so-vice young man questioned Sharpe for criticizing Brady.

Mind you, Skip’s whole career is based on critiquing players who have not only won countless individual accolades since high school and college but also in one of the world’s greatest stages.

He’ll say he is in the media and his job is to do that despite his inexperience as a player. But guess what? Even Shannon Sharpe is debating as an analyst. Not as a former player.

So, everything about Skip, drips nonsense, from head to toe, that 5’10 egomaniac is simply an ignorant man who says some things in agony that might not even make sense to himself after he says it.
