Steph Curry has another 3 point shooting record that he can call his own. Though the Golden State Warriors suffered a blowout loss to the Utah Jazz, there is a silver lining for the Warriors’ captain.
After draining five 3 pointers against Donovan Mitchell and co, Steph Curry has passed Indiana Pacers legend Reggie Miller for most 3 pointers made in NBA history. The two-time MVP is currently sitting on 2561 made 3 pointers and is on his way to passing Ray Allen who is merely 400 3 pointers away from Steph at the moment.
In a very wholesome moment, Steph Curry was congratulated by Reggie Miller’s son over a video call, following Curry’s game against the Jazz.

Reggie Miller followed this up by saying that he’s an inspiration to many little ones like his son. Steph did in fact change the way the game of basketball is played by shooting lights out from beyond the arc.

Nowadays, kids pull up to their local court and start shooting from 40 feet, all because of the revolution Steph started.
Curry is still very much in his prime at 32 years of age. After all, he dropped a light 62 points this season against Damian Lillard and co. Draining 400 more shots from 3 point range to pass the Celtics sharpshooting legend should be a breeze.
