In 2015, the Golden State Warriors were on a rampage. Despite Steve Kerr being out due to a back injury, the Warriors started their season with a 24-game win streak. They were hoping to extend it to 25, till they got to Milwaukee and faced Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks.

Coming in hotter than an erupting volcano, the Warriors, led by MVP Stephen Curry, were shooting around 13 threes a night. However, the Bucks held the fatigued 2015 NBA Champions to just 6 of 26 shooting from the deep.
Steph had 28 that night, shooting just 2 of 8 from the deep. On the other hand, Greg Monroe recorded 28 points, leading the Bucks with his all-around performance.
The Bucks remained ahead for the entire game, with the Dubs cutting it as close as a point several times. During the 2nd half, Giannis provided some more entertainment for the fans.
Giannis Antetokounmpo imitated Justin Bieber
The 2015-16 season was when Giannis Antetokounmpo announced his arrival in the NBA. Playing his 3rd season in the league, Giannis averaged 16.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game.
Not only was he making his mark on the Bucks, but he was also making a name in the NBA. Everyone already remembered him for pranking LeBron James in his rookie season.
During the historic win over the Warriors, the Bucks held a face-off between Giannis and Khris Middleton. The two had a lip-sync battle, with Giannis going up first. He chose Justin Bieber’s song ‘What do you mean’ from his album Purpose.
We couldn’t find the video of Khris Middleton doing his bit, but I’m sure he wouldn’t have been able to match the Greek Freak. Giannis is a naturally talented entertainer and he puts on a show always, whether it’s on the court or off of it.
Giannis and his dad jokes
Antetokounmpo is a naturally funny guy, and ever since he became a father, it gave him the green light to do something I’m sure he would always have had the itch for. Dad Jokes.
He’s made jokes about cows, tissues, and artists like The Weeknd. At this point, even Kevin Durant couldn’t help but enjoy Giannis and his hilarious jokes. This season, Giannis is playing at an MVP season yet again, while having fun. The Bucks are #2 in the East, sitting just behind the Celtics.
Hopefully, Giannis can keep having fun and keep playing the way he has.
