WATCH: TD Garden Starts ‘F**k Trae Young’ Chants As He Forces Game 6 Against Celtics

The Atlanta Hawks made their way to the TD Garden to take on the Boston Celtics tonight. After getting a split back home, Trae Young and co. came to Boston with a must-win game on their hands. The Hawks did not have a chance to make a mistake, as it was ‘win or go home’ for them.

Trae Young knew what was at stake and rose up to the challenge. He had 38 points, 13 assists, and 4 rebounds. He led the Hawks to a 119-117 win in Game 5.

This win helps the Hawks keep their season alive and take the series back to the ATL, where they will get Dejounte Murray back for Game 6. When ICE Trae took over the 4th, the TD Garden crowd got quite uncomfortable, and they let it be known.

TD Garden gives ‘F** Trae Young’ chants

Game 5 was incredible for the Atlanta Hawks. Coming in without Dejounte Murray, many assumed it was over for the Hawks. However, as Murray said it, Young promised there would be a Game 6, and he delivered.

Young hit two big 3s late in the game to tie the game.

Then, the Cs took the lead, but Young made his way back to the FT line, as the Cs were assessed a technical foul. It was then when the TD Garden crowd went and started the ‘F**k Trae Young’ chants.

However, used to being a villain, Young wasn’t affected. He knocked those FTs down, and then a huge 3 to give the Hawks the game-winning lead with under 5 seconds to go.

Young scored 16 points in the 4th quarter, and the last 14 points for the Hawks to give them the win. Hopefully, he can keep his form up for Game 6 and force a Game 7.
