When Does Paul George Come Back?: LA Clippers Star’s Knee Injury Timeline Explained Amidst Phoenix Suns Series
Paul George has had to take his place on the sidelines for quite some time now. To be more specific here, the Clippers star hasn’t made an appearance in an NBA game since March 21st of this year. And of course, the fact that he hasn’t made an appearance yet has made many extremely worried about his condition.
Right now, the Clippers may be holding up relatively well without him. However, their opponents aren’t easy ones to best, to say the least. They are the Phoenix Suns after all. This means it’d be very much preferred for the franchise to have him back for such a difficult first-round fixture.
That said, let’s dive into the question, when is Paul George returning to the fore? Has there been any kind of update to his injury timeline that you need to know about?
Shams Charania’s update on Paul George is still the latest update on Paul George
And for those that do not know about it already, it isn’t one that encourages fans of the franchise an awful lot. In fact, we’d even say this is some horrible news that couldn’t possibly affect the franchise’s chances any more than it has already. Take a look at the tweet below to find out what it is.

The fact of the matter is, while the Clippers can beat the Suns as they are, having Paul George would have been something else. Still, knee injuries can be scary, and slow to heal. So, the fact that the man may still return in time for the second round is its own kind of good news. However, apart from this, the LA Clippers have pretty much sealed their lips shut.
What did Paul George average during this past regular season?
In the 56 games he played during this past regular season, Paul George averaged 23.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.5 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game. Additionally, he shot an efficient 45.7% from the field, 37.1% from beyond the arc, and 87.1% from the free-throw line.
