The beach house, which burned a $10.5 million big hole in Jared’s pocket, has got a special ‘Modern Family’ connection as well.

The French Country-style spread offers five bedrooms and eight baths across more than 5,700 square feet of living space, placed on three levels. The amazing home features high wooden beam ceilings, white oak, and stone floors. This comes with a double-height entry foyer leading to a formal living room. The house also includes a wet bar-equipped family room and a gourmet kitchen with top-tier appliances.

The property boasts not only celebrity pedigree but also a rich history, having been once occupied by MLB pitcher Ken Brett and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal during his early Lakers career. Goff paid the exact asking price for the French Country-style home, which was last owned by Modern Family’s executive producer Danny Zuker and his wife Annette Lombardi.
