As Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers keep crumbling, so is TB12’s former residence apparently. The Bucs QB’s former residence, formerly owned by MLB star Derek Jeter, is soon going to be demolished by its new owners. With demolition permits all filed months ago, the owners are waiting for the green light to take down the largest and most expensive waterfront house in Tampa.

The sprawling mansion is built over 1.25 acres of land and boasts a huge number of amenities. It has a club room with a bar, an in-home theatre, an au-pair wing, and a massive swimming pool. Not to forget, an air-conditioned garage that can house 6 cars, for those who love their cars a bit too much. Apart from all this, the mansion also has 354 feet of access to the open bay, enough to park a couple of boats.

The mansion has seen its fair share of celebrity residents, the latest being the 7 time Super Bowl winner. He rented this place from Jeter when he first arrived in Tampa. Even though he loved the place and the amenities it offered, lack of privacy was an issue. Which ultimately led him to move out of this massive piece of real estate.

Tom Brady rumored to be leaving Tampa Bay as former residence bids adieu

Speculations around Tom Brady leaving Tampa Bay have already started making the rounds. TB12’s performance this year has been less than impressive. Undoubtedly, he will want to go to a team that gives him a shot at the Super Bowl. Many analysts think the Las Vegas Raiders could be a good option. With veteran players like Davante Adams still in their prime, Brady could have a real chance in his hands.

Another option is the San Francisco 49ers, who have been impressive this season. Even with backup QB Jimmy Garoppolo taking charge at the start of the season, they have fared really well. This means Brady could provide a major boost to their offense, and be a real threat next season.

Then there are the Miami Dolphins. Their star QB Tua Tagovailoa suffered his second concussion in a season. Which means they will be looking for a stable replacement. For Brady, they will have a stellar receiver corps on offer, with talents like Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle on the list. If Brady wants a fast offense, this could be his choice.

Lastly, the rumor about Sean Payton returning to coach the New Orleans Saints is no surprise at all. Having already once thought about pairing up with Payton, Brady might have a look at the Saints if he does return. Although, switching to a team that he’s been a divisional rival of for 3 years might not be very appealing.

With the regular season almost over, Tom Brady will have no time to think about other teams. For now, his mind will be focused on giving his best in the playoffs, and possibly marketing himself better to potential suitors. He would definitely want to let other teams know that he is still the greatest QB to ever grace the NFL. For that, this may be the only chance he gets.
