David Ayers of the Young Team at Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan in Pepper Pike represented Leebow during the transaction. Although the deal was finalized on October 31, 2022, the details were not made public immediately.
According to The Real Deal, Adam Kaufman, an agent at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Pepper Pike, expressed his surprise at Crain’s, saying, “I was surprised, actually, that that’s the house he(Deshaun Watson) chose, only because of the privacy factor. It’s got a shared driveway. It’s visible from the road. It certainly is not the most private house in the world”.
