NFL Fantasy Football Week 2 Picks : Which Players to Pick for NFL Week 2?
NFL Fantasy Football Week 2 Picks: NFL fantasy football is back in full swing after week 1. Here’s a look at the busts and top fantasy performers from week 1 as well as sleeper picks for next week.
For some, week 1 may have gone exactly as expected, with their top draft picks living up to expectations. For others, not so much. And of course, there’s always going to be match-ups like this.

Fantasy football week 1 busts & top performers
The quarterbacks showed up in week 1. If you had Lamar Jackson, Matt Ryan, Russell Wilson, or Aaron Rodgers on your team, you had a pretty solid week.
This list also excludes strong performances from Josh Allen, Gardner Minshew, and Patrick Mahomes.

Meanwhile, players like Odell Beckham Jr., Saquon Barkley, & Rob Gronkowski greatly under-performed. Out of these three players the most concerning have to be OBJ and Gronk.
Gronkowski is coming off a a year-long absence of football, and the last time he was on the field he wasn’t particularly effective. Gronkowski has suffered multiple injuries and the hype for a potential monstrous comeback with a new team may be a far-fetched dream.
For OBJ, it’s not so much about his lack of talent or skill but rather the team put around him. Baker Mayfield was atrocious against the Ravens, and there’s no sign of optimism that the Browns can right the ship. It may be time to call it quits on this team, and perhaps that means that OBJ will continue to under-perform in fantasy football.
Further, injuries to receivers Michael Thomas (ankle) and Chris Godwin (concussion) may be something to monitor. Moreover, Deebo Samuel continues to be on the injury list as the 49ers target a week 4 return.

Fantasy Football Sleepers to Look Out For
As always, there are going to be a few players who fly under everyone’s radar. Here’s a quick glance at who you might want to look out for.
Firstly, Dallas Goedert may be an excellent option to pick up. I benched him in favor of Rob Gronkowski this week and it nearly cost me. Goedert hauled in 8 catches for 101 yards and a score in week 1, and with the Eagles offensive line getting healthier, he should continue to be a threat.

Secondly, look out for Colts running back Jonathan Taylor. The rookie will receive an enormous opportunity this week as he’ll start in place of Marlon Mack. Additionally, with Phillip Rivers coming off a two-turnover game, the Colts may look to establish a stronger presence in the running game. Taylor was wildly successful at Wisconsin and he’ll look to continue that this week.
However, it may be better to go with the breakout rookie running back who currently leads the NFL in rushing: Clyde Edwards-Helaire. In addition to gashing the Texans for 138 yards, he also picked up a score.
Furthermore, some real sleepers to consider may be a dynamic duo forming in Chicago. Mitchell Trubisky and Anthony Miller both over-performed in week 1, and they’ll now face the porous Giants defense with some momentum.
Additionally, you could look for Ryan Tannehill as he had a good first game and will now face a much weaker defense than the Broncos in the Jaguars.
