The new season is almost here, and everyone is excited. Perhaps one team more excited than everyone else is the Arizona Cardinals. Primarily because they just dropped their brand-new uniforms for the 2023 season. However, one look at them, and it is evident there are quite a few people who are not very excited about the new season now. Possibly even the designers themselves.

The Cardinals were one of the teams who were constantly being called out for their rather uninteresting uniforms of late. Cardinals’ fans were all excited about the new drop, especially after alleged leaks suggested some pretty wild design ideas. However, what came about was simply not at all what anyone was expecting. In fact, it almost seems like their worst nightmare has come to life.
Fans are not impressed at all with the Arizona Cardinals and their new design
The Cardinals’ new uniform launch is probably not going as they would have expected. While there are a few who naturally like the simple design, a lot many are just plain disappointed. In fact, there are some who even think this is a form of protest by the designers simply because they are underpaid. One even called the design, “F**king Dogsh*t”, on Instagram.
Boooooring. All the fake leaks were better. Seems exactly like the franchise right now: disappointing.

I mean the jokes write themselves so I won’t be making one today. But on a serious note, all they had to do was keep it simple, axe those weird side stripes, put the Arizona flag back on the sleeve, and call it a day.

With the under-par reception the Cardinals have received for their designs, one can only wonder if this is a prelude to things to come. The Arizona outfit is not one of the frontrunners for this year’s playoff spots, and such an image is only going to tamper with their morale. Although, at least Kyler Murray is happy with the team’s choice, and he feels he looks “damn good” in them anyway.

The Arizona Cardinals have had a rough start to their season, with their uniform drop not being so popular. However, it is only the start of a long and arduous road. One that is probably going to be as disappointing as the last one. The team is probably not even looking to make it to the playoffs, let alone contend for the Super Bowl. At least, that’s what fans think.
The only thing they can do is avoid a 4-13 losing season like they had last year. This is easier said than done, given the Cardinals haven’t made a massive addition to their roster. With Kyler Murray still doubtful about starting the season, things could go very bad very quickly for the Arizona outfit. Where with the Cardinals end up after this season?
