The Miami Dolphins made a huge splash in the 2022 off-season when they traded for Tyreek Hill by giving away five draft picks. Their young quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, received an All-Pro wide receiver who helped him show his ability as a QB in a better way. As the season was approaching, Hill wanted to show everyone that together, he and Tua would make a big impact. Hence, he once compared their relationship to that of NBA star Dennis Rodman and model/singer Carmen Electra.

Hill is one of the most dangerous receivers in the NFL, and he has shown his caliber since he was drafted in 2016 in the fifth round by the Kansas City Chiefs. Right from the jump, he became a formidable catcher and took the top off any defense. Thus, his ability to stay agile and pounce on his opponents made him a deep threat. Hill made it his mission to do the same last year.
Tyreek Hill wanted his partnership with Tua to be as passionate as that of Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra
On the ‘It Needed To Be Said‘ podcast, the Super Bowl winner spoke highly of his new quarterback. They showed that they had broken the ice and gelled together very well. However, going a bit overboard while showering praise on Tua, Hill compared his relationship with the QB to that of Dennis Rodman and Carmen Electra.

As it turns out, Rodman and Electra dated for two years, and their marriage lasted only nine days. However, their romance was passionate, which also, weirdly enough, involved Michael Jordan, as Rodman had taken time off from the team in order to spend time with Carmen. Hill felt like they could also emulate the same bond.
“I just feel that our chemistry will get there. Look, it’s going to be about 2 a.m. one night, and you’re going to wake up and walk into your kitchen, and I’m going to be washing your dishes. That’s how good our chemistry is going to be, dawg,” Tyreek had said.
While some thought that the receiver moved on from Patrick Mahomes too soon, others were excited to see what the player brought to the table.
Tyreek Hill will call it quits in 2025
Tyreek signed a massive four-year, $120 million deal with the Dolphins last year. Many thought that it was just the beginning for the star WR who clearly has got the speed and skills which put him above the rest of his kind. However, much to everyone’s surprise, the star receiver stated that after finishing his current contract, he would retire from the National Football League.
That will happen in 2025, but in order keep things going after stepping away from the limelight, Hill has already started establishing his presence online. The Cheetah started his own podcast and a YouTube channel where he plays games and makes vlogs.
These ventures bring in a decent amount of money and do not involve getting slammed on the field. So in a way, Hill has got things sorted out.
