Rodgers is famous for providing expert analysis on topics that are not relevant to his own field. Right from ayahuasca praise, to Covid vaccine criticism, Aaron has often gotten trolled heavily on Twitter on quite a few occasions.
However, there was a time when even Aaron haters were sympathizing with him because of all that was going on in his personal life. Rodgers, who came into the 2022 season after winning back to back MVP honors, got engaged to renowned Hollywood actress Shailene Woodley back in 2020.
However, the couple announced that they were engaged in 2021. While everything looked great between the two from the outside, the stars soon announced that they have decided to go separate ways and broke their engagement.

Shailene Woodley reflects on her ‘tumultuous’ time with Aaron Rodgers
It was a tough time for Aaron, and reportedly, he wanted to reconcile with Shailene but the ‘TFIOS’ star was very clear that she doesn’t want to get back together. After staying mum on the topic for quite a while, Shailene recently spoke in detail about her relationship with Aaron in a fiery interview with net-a-porter.
Talking about the time when she was shooting for “Three Women” between October 2021 to May 2022, Shailene reflected on the troubles she was facing in her personal life.
“It was the first time that I’d had a quote-unquote ‘famous’ relationship, and I watched the scrutiny, opinions, the desire for people to know my life and his life and our life, it just felt violating in a way that, before, it was fun,” Woodley said.
“It was hard to film because I was going through the darkest, hardest time in my life; it was winter in New York, and my personal life was sh*tty, so it felt like a big pain bubble for eight months,” Woodley added. “I was so grateful that at least I could go to work and cry and process my emotions through my character,” she continued.
It will be interesting to see if Aaron, who is known for not holding back when it comes to expressing exactly what he thinks, responds to what Shailene has stated about her time with the star quarterback.
