New York Giants Brawl: Daniel Jones Ends Up At The Bottom Of A Pile After New York Giants Fight During New York Giants Training Camp
New York Giants Brawl: Training camp is not off to a great start for Daniel Jones and the New York Giants. After running a penalty lap the other day, the Giants are now fighting.
Usually during training camp, you want to build team chemistry up. New guys are going to be coming and you want to make sure that everyone is on the same page before the next NFL season starts.
Well, it doesn’t always work out that way, and sometimes things can get very heated. Antonio Brown and Tom Brady were incredibly frustrated earlier, and now the Giants appear to be having their own issues. Just yesterday, they ran a penalty lap, and now they were in a full fledged brawl:
Circling back on this: sounds like it was a communication error regarding a substitution that drew the ire of Joe Judge, who sent everyone on the jaunt.

New York Giants Brawl: Why Did The New York Giants Fight?
Sometimes during NFL games, a cornerback or linebacker may make a particularly vicious hit on a receiver or other pass catcher.
In defense, the teammates of that pass catcher will usually confront the defender in some way. That’s something you see happen pretty often between teams, but it looks like the Giants are seeing some of that happen within their own team.
Apparently, Giants running back Corey Clement was hit hard after a play by corner back Logan Ryan. Tight end Evan Engram came to his defense, and things got very ugly from there.
First day of pads got ugly. Corey Clement got popped at end of a play during 11-on-11s. Evan Engram defended his guy. Logan Ryan crushed Engram from behind. Team scuffled. Guys on the ground.
End result: A FURIOUS Joe Judge. Ten minutes later Giants still running sprints.

The team is now running laps once again, and reports also indicate that quarterback Daniel Jones ended up at the bottom of the pile.
A full-team brawl at Giants camp with QB Daniel Jones somehow at the bottom of the pile. … Joe Judge is absolutely livid. He’s got the players lined up now to run.

For a team that had a promising offseason and is looking to build upon a disappointing 6-10 season, brawls or fights like these aren’t the kind of tone you want to be setting during training camp.
