“One Handed, Too Easy!” Russell Wilson’s Son Future Zahir Surprises His Father & the Entire NFL Fraternity With His Incredible Catching Skills

It appears the legacy of Russell Wilson is in safe hands, as the veteran has succeeded in imparting his football skills to the next generation. His stepson Future Zahir has already begun inclining towards the football arena, mastering one-handed catches from his father.

The Broncos quarterback makes a great dad while he is not working, and this notion is clearly visible as per the latest update Wilson shared on his social media handle. The signal-caller often remains active on Twitter and utilizes the platform to give a sneak peek into his lifestyle.

Is Future Zahir preparing for the big stage?

The lad is just 8 years old and has already found a great coach in his stepfather. Future Zahir is Ciara’s first son from her previous relationship with American rapper Future. After marrying the football quarterback in 2016, Ciara and Wilson have been taking care of Zahir along with their other two kids, Sienna Princess, 5, and son Win Harrison, 2.

Since the early days, Wilson has been close to Zahir and often indulges in football drills. It seems the results are quite promising because the kid has already mastered the art of one-handed catches.

Wilson shared an electrifying post on his Twitter account, something similar to what Ciara shared in January this year. One could see the quarterback having a fun time inside the gym, where he threw some great passes at Zahir. All those back-to-back one catches were perfect, attracting an array of crazy fan reactions. “One Handed, Too Easy!” Wilson captioned the post.

“He’s all about the details. He’s all about the technique,” Ciara said about the relationship of Wilson with her son, per The People. “He’s all about coming back with love, and so it’s beautiful.” She added, mentioning that sometimes he goes harsh on Zahir; however, he returns with a gentle smile.

Russell Wilson emphasizes on his relationship with Future Zahir

It is a new beginning for the quarterback in Denver after he bagged a five-year, $245 million deal last season. Under a new environment, Wilson is busy enjoying life, and, of course, finding a way out of his professional misery. Meanwhile, the signal-caller never forgets to spend family time, and above all, he loves to remain around his stepson.

“When I got to meet Future, he was young, and the reality was that for me, it was a blessing and an opportunity to really hopefully be there for him every day and try to care for him in a way that was important for me,” Wilson had once claimed in an interaction.

“I think the greatest thing that I’ve ever learned in life is probably in that relationship with Future, because the reality of being a stepparent is that biologically they’re not necessarily yours, but the reality is that you have to love them as if they are,” he had added.
