Rob Gronkowski, like many other NBA fans today, was infuriated by how long the final few minutes of Suns vs. Clippers game 2 took.

Phoenix took a commanding 2-0 series lead after an incredible sequence of events down the stretch of the game. It started as Paul George missed a pair of free throws that would’ve put Los Angeles up 3 with less than 10 seconds to go.

The crazy turn of events wouldn’t stop there. LA played an extremely tight defensive possession, forcing the Suns to inbound the ball from under the backboard with about 0.8 seconds left. That was just enough time for one of the craziest game winners in NBA history.
Rob Gronkowski Reacts To Poor Officiating As Deandre Ayton Seals The Game On An Alley Oop
With just 0.8 seconds left on the clock, you’re probably looking for some kind of miracle. You either take a shot with barely any time to release, or you hope that someone can get open on a cut to the basket for a lob.
The latter is exactly what happened in a wild finish to LSA vs. Phoenix:

As wild as the game winner was. It also took an incredible amount of time to get there. The final one and a half minutes of the game took an unbelievable 33 real-time minutes to complete. Five timeouts and several reviews will do that to you.
The last 90 seconds of the game took 33 real time minutes.

That had several people annoyed including Buccaneers star tight end Rob Gronkowski:
The last 90 seconds of NBA basketball just takes way to long. Needs to change. It blows. The groove of the game gets lost with only 10 seconds passing on the clock lol

Taking 10 minutes for 1 second now lol. But what a play!
