On “Monday Night Football,” with eight seconds left and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers trailing the New Orleans Saints, Brady hit Rachaad White with a three-yard touchdown pass to tie the score at 16-16. You probably already know what happened next: the extra point was successful, and Brady once again inspired his team to a late-game comeback victory.

Tom Brady, the record-breaker, broke another one. This time, Brady, 45, surpassed Peyton Manning for the most fourth-quarter comebacks in NFL history by tossing two touchdowns to defeat the Saints 17-16 despite being without another offensive lineman in All-Pro right tackle Tristan Wirfs.

The 45-year-old, who had announced his retirement from the NFL in February before changing his mind 40 days later, tied Peyton Manning for the most fourth-quarter comebacks with 43 before leading his team to their sixth victory of the year at Raymond James Stadium.

With 5:53 remaining in the fourth quarter, Tampa was down 16-3. Brady got to work when it mattered the most after much of the game had not gone their way Late in the contest, Brady and the team went on a 91-yard touchdown drive that was finished off by a touchdown pass of one yard to rookie tight end Cade Otton.

On the Saints’ subsequent possession, the Buccaneers’ defence significantly improved, holding them to a three-and-out thanks to a crucial sack by defensive end Carl Nassib. Brady guided his team down the field with 2:29 left in the game, making several outstanding throws along the way.

Brady connected with rookie running back Rachaad White on a six-yard touchdown pass with just three seconds left in the contest to take the lead and seal the victory after kicker Ryan Succop added the extra point.

The Buccaneers appeared to be in for a complete meltdown in this game, but Tom Brady’s outstanding performance late in the game saved them. Following the game, he received a lot of praise on social media for yet another clutch performance.
