This year will be the 4th edition of the event, and it will feature Brady and his teammate, Phil Mickelson, playing together for the second time.
The duo, one of them the oldest QB to win a Super Bowl and the other the oldest to win a major golf championship, will take on another NFL-Golfer pair. Their opponents this year are Packers QB Aaron Rodgers and golf phenom Bryson DeChambeau, who are actually the favorites.

Tom Brady vs Aaron Rodgers: Golfing skills
Tom Brady participated in last year’s edition but ended up being bested by Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning. However, he did display some skill, including a hole-out on an approach shot.

Brady also participated in the Augusta National twice, once with Rory McIlory and once with Jordan Spieth. Brady held a membership at The Country Club at Brookline, a prestigious New England course, during his time with the Patriots. Now that he’s in Florida, he plays at Seminole in Juno Beach.

So how does Aaron Rodgers compare to Brady? By the stats, Rodgers seems to be better than Brady. He said in a 2019 interview with Golf Magazine that he plays to a 3.5 handicap at his best. Compared to Brady’s 8.1 handicap, Rodgers would be 4 1/2 strokes better than Brady.
Rodgers participated in the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February 2020 and showed well, hitting a tee shot to a few feet of the hole on a par 3.

This isn’t the first time Brady and Rodgers have faced each other. In May of last year, Rodgers got the best of Brady in a charity golf match.
“He beat me on the golf course, which I didn’t like.” Brady siad. “We played nine holes of golf and he made a putt at the end to win, so I was a little pissed about that. . . . I always enjoy my time around him. Still trying to get him back on the golf course, though.”
We’ll see Tom Brady and co at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana on July 6th. The group are expected to tee-off at 5pm ET and the event will be broadcasted on TNT.
