When Tom Brady was playing in the NFL, he was insanely passionately committed to the art of playing football. His training sessions were vigorous and went on while the season was in progress and also during the offseason. TB12 never had a day off, and it showed on the field. In order to play like the NFL GOAT, he needed to eat a well-balanced diet. Now, Brady’s eating habits are not hidden from the general public. While many consider his food choices strange, they seem to work for him. Therefore, in order to test out his recipes and eating habits, a YouTuber ate like the star quarterback for an entire day.

The Tom Brady Diet is all about eating organic and plant-based food, with a high amount of focus on minimally processed whole foods. Furthermore, the diet suggests consuming exclusively organic meats and poultry that are grass-fed, free-range, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free. It also encourages the consumption of wild fish that is hormone- and antibiotic-free.
YouTuber Majid Rashwan finds Brady’s diet quite difficult to follow
A food content creator named Majid Rashwan, whose YouTube channel’s name is ‘Blatant Reviews‘, thought of following the MVP winner’s diet for a day upon a fan’s request. The first thing Brady does when he wakes up is chug 20 ounces of water. Hydration is an important component of his diet. The QB himself drinks around 25 glasses of water a day. Then the YouTuber kicked off with breakfast, which included a salad. Then, for lunch, the content creator ate fish and “f**king tonnes of vegetables” like Brussels sprouts, carrots, corn, peas, and green beans.

For a snack, he ate a banana, as the QB’s go-to snack choice is fruit. Along with that, Majid ate some spinach. For dinner, he had roasted chicken and more vegetables. Fans thought that the diet was almost impossible to follow because it gave no opportunity for a person to snack on sweets or fried food.
Along with it being a nutritious diet, it is restrictive because the former Patriots QB avoids or limits food items that cause inflammation. Those food items are:
- non-organic grass-fed dairy
- refined carbohydrates
- trans and saturated fats
- added sugars
- salt
- alcohol
- caffeine
Other items that he does not eat are:
- GMOs
- most cooking oils, like canola and soy
- high fructose corn syrup
- other soy-containing foods
Fans will undoubtedly have more respect for the fifteen-time Pro Bowler now that they are aware of what he consumes throughout the day.
Tom Brady’s $200 cookbook sold out instantly
Brady made a foray into the food business a few years ago by releasing a cookbook that had recipes for everything he ate. Fans who were interested in his diet and his former supermodel wife Gisele’s insanely restrictive diet, were able to get their hands on the book. He had announced on Facebook that he was going to release a book very soon and as expected, the post went crazy viral.
“I wanted to share with you guys another step toward achieving your peak performance,” he had written. “Check it out you will love it! #ididntcomethisfartoonlycomethisfar”
A preview of the book revealed a recipe for avocado ice cream, which appeared to include cocoa powder to give it a rich chocolate brown color instead of the usual green. Another recipe featured was for sweet potato gnocchi with escarole. All in all, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that evenTom’s least healthy meal is healthier that what many people consume on a daily basis.
Now wonder Brady turned out to be the best QB of all time.
