India opening batsman Lokesh Rahul would be looking to make a significant impact in the ongoing three-match T20I series against Bangladesh. Despite getting out on 15 (17) in the first T20I yesterday in Delhi, Rahul would be looking to stand tall on his potential in the remaining two matches.
Rahul won’t get better opportunities than to perform in regular captain Virat Kohli’s absence. With the ICC T20 World Cup slated to be played in Australia next year, Rahul needs to make optimum use of these chances to board the flight to Australia.

27-year old Rahul was recently in the news regarding the rumours of him dating actress Niddhi Agerwal. While the cricketer hasn’t commented on the same, Agerwal recently opened up on her relationship with Rahul.
While Agerwal admitted to meeting Rahul in London during the ICC Cricket World Cup earlier this year, she denied having anything more than friendship with the right-hand batsman.
“Zero per cent. We never even went out together. I know him [Lokesh Rahul] and we are good friends. I met him in London. I was in London when India won the match against Pakistan, and I was like jumping and congratulating everyone.
“It is just friendship, not more than that. We are good friends, and we will continue the friendship”. Furthermore, “It turned very common for celebrities to tag with live-in relationship gossips. I too enjoy the gossips for some extent only,” Agerwal was quoted as saying in one of her recent interviews.
