The Champions League saw an eventful night on Tuesday, as Tottenham held Barcelona to a draw at Camp Nou to qualify for the round-of-16 of the tournament.
Dembele scored the goal in the 7th minute of the game to give Barcelona the lead in the game, before Tottenham scored a late equalizer to secure a berth in the next round.
The young Frenchman has been in the midst of controversies surrounding the issues with his attitude. There were reports of Dembele reaching late for training session ahead of the Champions League clash this week.
Various Barca stars, including Gerard Pique and Luis Suarez, as well as France’s head coach Didier Deschamps have spoken in length about Dembele’s disciplinary issues. His problems also raised speculations over his future at Barca, with various reports from England linking him with a move to Arsenal.
Pierre-Emeric Aubameyang and Ian Wright, meanwhile, engaged in an interesting Twitter thread last night, after Dembele scored the goal.

Arsenal’s forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put out a congratulatory tweet for the French forward after he gave Barca the lead in the clash against Spurs.
“@Dembouz Wouaaaahhhhh no my little you’re strong it’s amazing,” Aubameyang wrote.
Former Arsenal star and pundit Ian Wright had an interesting reply to Aubameyang’s tweet. He posted a GIF which said, “How much?”, seemingly hinting at the amount Arsenal would need to sign Ousmane Dembele.
Aubameyang couldn’t help but laugh at Wright’s reply.

The 21-year old has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, and the interaction between two Arsenal figures has only fuelled the speculation surrounding Dembele’s future at Barcelona.
