Paul Pogba’s inspiration speech in the tunnel before the game stood out of the rest against Huddersfield Town on Wednesday. 

Manchester United could not have asked for a better start under the interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer following back-to-back victories against Cardiff City and Huddersfield Town.

The Red Devils scored as much as eight goals in these games to gain comprehensive results to bid adieu to the hectic festive fixtures.

They still have two Premier League games against Bournemouth and Newcastle United within four days, followed by the FA tie against Reading at Old Trafford.

Paul Pogba, who has often been making the headlines more often for wrong reasons was demanding his teammates to press high up and pitch and cause havoc to the opponent’s defence inside the Old Trafford tunnel before the game against Huddersfield Town.

The midfielder decided to rally the troops with an inspired team talk, “When we go we go, pressing first ones!” and “Now we’re at home. we’re at home again. Same. Same. Same! We go strong. We start strong!”

There is no doubt about the French International’s leadership skills inside the dressing room. Besides showing this quality, he has had a renaissance under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after scoring two times against the Terries.

Following a dominant display in the last two games, the interim boss was in full praise of Paul Pogba.
