Paul Pogba News: Manchester United players opine that it’s in the best interests of the club to let Pogba leave the club amidst transfer speculations.
Paul Pogba after this season will enter into the final year of his contract with Manchester United, and it is very unlikely that the French International will extend his stay at the club.
According to a report by the Manchester Evening News, Pogba’s ‘head is not currently at the club’ and the majority of players believe it is in United’s best interests he moves on. Pogba remains a very popular figure among friends and teammates, who understand his stance.

Even Manchester United fans have lost hope on Pogba staying at the club, as reports of him advocating himself out of the club in the last transfer window circulated widely.
Pogba’s agent Mino Riola has also asserted that he was ‘in the process’ of engineering a transfer that never materialised. More recently, Raiola said he was ‘sorry’ he could not move Pogba to Madrid and that he ‘wouldn’t bring anyone else’ to United.
The Manchester United star is speculated to join the Spanish giants next season on a much lower fee, which was demanded by Manchester United last summer, as the last one year in Pogba’s contract would compel them to sell him at a much lower fee.
Otherwise, Pogba can afford to stay next 6 months at Manchester United and sign an agreement with a club of his choice in January 2021, where he will go for free in the summers of 2021.
Thus, the Red Devils have the right reason to sell Pogba in the next transfer window. But the question remains will Real Madrid, which is the reliable destination for Pogba, will come knocking at Manchester United’s door to hire the services of Pogba?
