Paul Pogba: Real Madrid declines massive wage demands made by Manchester United superstar amid transfer speculations this summer.
Real Madrid have massively shown interest in Manchester United Paul Pogba, as they seek midfield reinforcements amid squad overhaul this summer.
Manchester United are ready to transfer Paul Pogba from the Old Trafford but demand a hefty sum, certainly more than they invested in the French International.
Los Blancos are reportedly ready to pay this sum, as the 26-year-old midfielder is a priority target of Zinedine Zidane this summer.
However, it is the demands by Pogba, which is probably stalling the negotiations, as according to a report by the L’Equipe, as per the Daily Mail, it is reported that Real Madrid are not willing to meet the astronomical demands made by him.
Los Merengues have been very active in transfer window this summer, as they have already made a star-signing in Luka Jovic, and are expecting to land Eden Hazard and Ferland Mendy from Chelsea and Lyon respectively.
But, Real Madrid are struggling to acquire the services of the World Cup winning player, with club officials deeming the former Juventus star’s current demands ‘unacceptable’.
On the other hand, Manchester United are set to lose several key players from midfield this summer, and will seek suitable replacements this summer. Thus, a massive compensation for a crucial player like Pogba is justifiable by the Red Devils.
Nevertheless, the negotiations between both the clubs are stalled as of now. It is still unknown whether Pogba will leave England for Los Vikingos or not.
