United want the France International to stay and have reportedly offered him a mind boggling £500,000 per week. However, this hasn’t deterred Pogba’s desire to leave. He will reportedly make a personal plea to Solskjaer when they meet this week after he returns from holiday. The star midfielder has ‘told all his United team-mates he wants to go’ and Pogba ‘wants the issue sorted’ before United’s first pre-season game on July 13.
Speaking on a promotional tour in Tokyo last month, the Manchester United star had said:
“For me I have been for three years in Manchester and have been doing great; some good moments and some bad moments, like everybody. Like everywhere else. After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well. I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else. I am thinking of this: to have a new challenge somewhere else.
