The speculations regarding Paul Pogba’s future at United have increased ever since the player was seen arguing with Mourinho during a training session.
The relationship between Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho has been on the rocks since the beginning of this season. After a series of comments from both the figures, Jose Mourinho stripped Pogba off of vice-captaincy at Manchester United.
The situation turned for the worse earlier this week when Pogba and Mourinho were seen arguing in a training session.
Paul Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, is set to meet Manchester United officials in November to discuss the midfielder’s future.

Guardian’s Fabrizio Romano now reports that Paul Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola is set to meet Manchester United’s officials in November. Raiola will discuss Paul Pogba’s future and club’s views on Jose Mourinho, according to Romano.
Romano reports that the relationship between the two figures at Manchester United is at an ‘all-time low’, with Pogba criticising the team’s style of play after the match against Wolves at Old Trafford.
Even when Paul Pogba has insisted at times that he is happy in England and loves Manchester United, his deteriorating relationship with Mourinho makes him open to a move away from the club.

Earlier in the summer, Manchester United reportedly received an offer from Barcelona for Paul Pogba. The club, however, rejected the offer. Various reports from English and Spanish media suggest that Pogba’s is inclined on a move to Barcelona. Ernesto Valverde is also said to be keen on the French midfielder.

Manchester United endured a poor start to their season in 2018/19. Jose Mourinho’s side are currently 7th in the Premier League with three wins in six matches, and suffered a shocking loss to lower league side Derby County in the Carabao Cup earlier this week.
