FaZe has been a superstar when it comes to an esports organization. And to think that they are doing so poorly right now is completely outrageous. FaZe Rain recently leaked all their esports expenses and it does not look good. Here is everything you need to know.

In a recent video, Nordan “Rain” Shat gave a response to the popular Call of Duty streamer Nicolas “Nickmercs”. Air got hot between these two as both of them lashed out against each other during their streams recently.

According to Rain, Nickmercs was made the face of FaZe after Turner “Tfue” Tenney accused the organization of an Oppressive Contract. However, becoming the co-founder of FaZe was not very popular among the old-timers of the org, including Rain.

And in the events of lashing out at Nickmercs, Rain exposed all the expenses of FaZe’s esports endeavor. And it is safe to say that the numbers are staggering and red which adds up to over $750,000 monthly.

What has happened between Nickmercs and Rain?

In a recent Instagram story, Rain threw allegations at Nickmercs saying that as one of the biggest names in the Call of Duty creator industry, Nick is simply not doing enough. Apart from siphoning money out of their pockets, there is nothing he does to fix recent issues.

In reply, Nick lashed back at Rain saying that albeit he doesn’t agree with what the latter said, all those comments seem “cringe” to him. He said,

I’ll say this, I’m so proud of us. I’m so proud of this community, I’m so proud of my team, I’m so proud of my f*cking damn self man, I work my f*cking *ss off. People can say what they want to say man, but I’ve been up on top of the game for f*cking years man.

He also added about the stories from Rain saying,

I think it’s a little, a little bit cringe, you know? But at the same time, I can take a step back and kind of understand that he’s probably going through a lot.

FaZe Rain’s response to Nickmercs

The allegations and bashing carried on until today, Rain posted a video on his YouTube channel explaining how Nickmercs is more of a con man than the face of FaZe. He also dropped a lot of astonishing details. He explains that even though he is one of the core members who make the decisions of what to happen, there are still things that are kept hidden from them. One of which is the monthly expense of the organization on esports.

He says,

Until I got my hands on this book[FaZe’s esports expense ledger], I wouldn’t have known what actually happens and the numbers are wild!

He quotes the expenses and profits of every single esports title the organization has ventured into. And among those numbers, only two titles turned out to make a profit. All the other titles brought in losses. And to add insult to injury, there were some titles that only had expenses, but zero income on a monthly basis. The titles that made zero income along with the loss numbers are as follows:

  • Super Smash Bros: $25,000
  • Valorant: $224,000 (For Men) and $94,000 (For Women)
  • Apex Legends: $37,000
  • FIFA Online: $21,000
  • Fortnite: $48,000
  • R1: $86,000
  • The Flank: $33,000
  • FIFA: $1,000

Adding on with all the other titles’ numbers, the total amount of loss in esports every month for FaZe sums up to around $756,000. This is a huge deal and fans have been wondering why FaZe is nearing bankruptcy currently. So, here is your answer.
