Real Madrid makes a massive change in their squad to face Manchester United

Real Madrid are all set to face Manchester United in the UEFA Super Cup tomorrow night. The 12-time champions league winners will face England’s biggest club, as the world will witness a clash between two giants of the footballing world.

Real and United have faced off in many an epic encounter in the past, with their last competitive meeting taking place more than four years ago. Jose Mourinho will remember that match well, as he was the then manager of Real Madrid.

It was also Sir Alex Ferguson’s final European game in charge of Manchester United, as United crashed out of the competition in controversial fashion.

But the night will also be remembered for Cristiano Ronaldo’s return to Old Trafford, as the former United hero came back to the club that made him a superstar.

Ronaldo was the match winner on the night, as he scored the winner in Real’s 2-1 victory over United. And now it looks like he will have a chance to face his former side again.

In spite of reports saying that Ronaldo was not fully fit, Real Madrid have included the Portuguese superstar in their squad to face Manchester United in the UEFA Super Cup.

Ronaldo may not start the match, but you can be sure that he will play some part in it. A legend in both clubs, Ronaldo would love to score again and help his current team to another victory over his former club.
