With the release of the Xbox Series X&S, the Xbox wireless controller was available in 3 designs. These were the Carbon Black, Robot White, and Shock Blue. The controllers will be all set to release on February 9th in most Xbox markets. Here is what you need to know about the all-new Pulse Red design of controllers!

What’s new about Pulse Red?

Starting off with the design, the Pulse Red design is just as vibrant as the Shock Blue. The controllers sport a fiery-red top case, a white back case, and black trigger buttons. The overall design of the controller is in a matte theme. However, the layout of the buttons is pretty similar to the previous iterations of the Xbox One Controller.

Moving on to the functionality, this is probably where the controller can really show off its new features. The controller is equipped with matte black colored triggers, bumpers, and a hybrid D-pad. This allows you to play for long durations of time without having to worry about having sweaty palms. There are also textured dot patterns on the triggers and bumpers for added grip.

However, the design isn’t the only thing new about the Pulse Red. Dynamic Latency Input delvers controller inputs more frequently to the Xbox Series X|S. This makes the overall gameplay a lot more responsive.

Not to mention, the button layout has also been slightly revamped for the new controllers. There is a new share button that allows you to capture screenshots, start or stop recording instances, and instantly share with your friends. The button itself is mappable and can be set to your preferences in the Xbox Accessories app.

Here is everything else you should know about Pulse Red!

The Pulse Red controller will retail for $64.99 USD. It will go live for purchase from tomorrow in China. It is compatible with the Xbox One, S, and X. You can also use it with Windows 10 PCs and Android devices for remote play from your console as well.

Not to mention, the Pulse Red is equipped with a 3.5 mm stereo headset jack, and a USB-C port so that you can plug&play thanks to its rechargeable battery.
