RM vs VIL Dream 11 prediction: Dream 11 prediction: The Sportsrush brings you the Dream 11 prediction for Real Madrid vs Villarreal.

Real Madrid will face the Yellow submarine at the Santiago Bernabeu tonight, with three matches remaining for Los Blancos in La Liga, they would be looking forward to finish this season as early as possible, since they are ending up trophyless this season.

On top of that their probable 3rd place finish in the Spanish league and an early exit from the Champions league makes the situation look even worse.

Whereas, Villarreal would be looking forward to secure three points from the fixture in order to stay away from the relegation zone as they are only 5 points ahead of the 18th placed Real Valladolid.

Therefore, only the visitors seem to gain something out of this fixture. Although, Real Madrid can motivate themselves by aiming to close the gap between their city rivals Atletico Madrid in the points table.

We shall look at the dream 11 picks between Real Madrid and Villarreal.

Real Madrid Vs. Villarreal

Formation: 3-5-2

Goalkeeper

Thibaut Courtois: The Belgian International had an underwhelming debut season with the Spanish club, however, his shot stopping skills and ball distribution are impeccable. Moreover, in previous few matches, Zinedine Zidane has re-instated his trust in him.

Defenders:

Dani Carvajal: The attacking abilities of Dani Carvajal have made him one of the favourite players of Zidane. Also, his ability to create goal-scoring chances can provide massive points. Most importantly, he provides much stability on the right flank due to his defensive attributes.

Raphael Varane:  In such an underwhelming season by Los Merengues, Varane has been one of the saving graces for the Spanish side. His defensive prowess will be a key tonight. Adding further, absence of Sergio Ramos for this game gives Varane even more responsibilities.

Mario Gaspar: Gaspar is one of the most reliable players for the Yellow submarines, he has been a key in the attack as he has been involved in 3 goals this season.

Midfielders:

Toni Kroos: The German International haven’t performed at his potential this season but still got the caliber to change the game. He can contribute to gain crucial points.

Luka Modric: Modric is in a decent form this season, with 3 goals and 6 assists in the league this season, the Croation has been a key player for Real Madrid this season. His creativity in midfield makes him one of the favourites in the dream 11.

Gareth Bale: Real Madrid this season relied on Bale to attack through wings. However, the Welsh International has failed to be consistent this season but his ability to outpace opponents and scoring goals cannot be questioned.

Santi Cazorla: The veteran midfielder made a comeback in La Liga after suffering a string of injuries. Since his return Cazorla has given impressive performances for Villarreal by involving himself in 13 goals in 32 matches in the league.

Samuel Chukwueze: The young midfielder had a breakthrough season with Real Madrid. His ability to link up with the defense and ball distribution to create chances are impressive. The 19-year-old player can be included into the dream 11.

Forwards:

Gerard Moreno: Moreno have not been as clinical as Villarreal expected him to be this season but Carlos Bacca’s absence will compel him to take the charge of attack. However, his ability to create chances are good and could provide crucial points.

Vinicius Junior: The Brazilian wonderkid is a big threat at front. His ability to tear down defense lines and creating chances make him a quality option at front.
