The ROG Showdown will be returning to India again in 2021, and this year the even will be held online. This is due to the ongoing pandemic caused by the spread of Covid-19. The ROG showdown will feature a multitude of games this year to encourage more youngsters to develop the Indian esports community.
Registrations for second edition of ROG showdown will be starting from 23 January 2021. The main aim of ROG showdown is to encourage Indian players to tap into the esports ecosystem. This will also help aspiring gamers develop & improve their skills, which will further enable them to participate in Global events too.

Close to 7000 gamers participated in The First Edition of the ROG Showdown. It also had multiple professional e-Sports teams from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka across multiple games. The first edition of ROG Showdown concluded in December 2020 and the winners in respective tournament and league and won up to Rupees 5,60,000 in prize money.
ROG Showdown Second Edition Details
ROG Showdown second edition will commence on 29th January 2021 & go on till 28th March 2021. It will feature some of the most popular games, like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO), PUBG PC, Valorant, League of Legends (LOL), Valorant League. The winning teams will also get a chance to win a cash prize of INR 50,000/ in the Valorant League during Q1 of 2021.
