After several twists and speculations, the match for the Intercontinental Championship was set with the reigning champion Miz defending his title against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor at the upcoming event.

While several people have wondered about the future of the title after the “Show Of Shows”, the answer might be revealed in form of a blunder from the venue of the upcoming WWE’s tour of Ireland.

The Twitter handle of the SSE Arena, Belfast, mentions that the local star Finn Balor will face “The Architect” Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental title. To make matters worse, the tweet also includes the fact that Balor would emerge victorious to be the brand new Intercontinental Champion.

The proclamation makes it clear that Rollins will most likely head out of WrestleMania as the champion and will have a short reign, as Balor is set to defeat him on the Ireland tour which is scheduled to be held on May 10th.

This is not the first time that a venue has given away a match before hand, as quite recently the main event of Fastlane was revealed well before time by the Nationwide Arena due to which the WWE had to tweak up the match with the inclusion of John Cena into the main event from an advertised non-wrestling role on the show.

This also suggests that The Miz, would stray away from the Intercontinental title scene after being involved for so long, across both the brands.

A reason for this could be the “A-Lister” moving back to the blue brand once again to rekindle an unfinished rivalry against Daniel Bryan who has been cleared for in-ring action.
