The third season of the Abu Dhabi T10 League will start from tomorrow at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The eight-team tournament, which includes three new teams in Bangla Tigers, Qalanders and Team Abu Dhabi, will be played for 10 days with its final slated to be played on November 24.
While Kerala Kings won the first season of the tournament, Northern Warriors had lifted the trophy last season. Among the highlights of this season is former India all-rounder representing Maratha Arabians.
Commenced as the first recognized 10-over tournament, the concept of the T10 League has it in it to entertain one and all. With the batting team only getting 60 balls to play, expect some gigantic shots being put on display.
What makes this tournament worth-watching is the presence of numerous former and current cricketers across the eight teams. Players from associate nations also have a chance of sharing stage with some illustrious names in the sport.
