The Easy Way to Make a Smoker in Minecraft; 3 Simple Steps!

A Smoker is used as an alternative to cooking food faster in Minecraft. It is easy to make, and the ingredients are readily available.

Think of the smoker as a much faster and better version of the Furnace, only for cooking food. It will not help with smelting or other things like that. You only need two to three ingredients to make a Smoker. Even beginners will not have difficulty making it in Minecraft; therefore, let us look at the 3 steps.

Step 1 – Collecting Logs and Cobblestones

You can find wood almost anywhere in the game. Cut trees and collect wooden blocks. Put those wooden blocks in the crafting GUI and craft. This will get you wooden logs. We will use these later. Now, collect cobblestones from caves or mines. You will need 8 of these grey-colored blocks to craft a furnace.

Step 2 – Crafting a Furnace

After you collect cobblestones, go to your crafting table. We will attach a guide to creating a crafting table below. Next place, the cobblestones in every block of the table except the middle one. You will need all 8 cobblestone blocks for this. Craft it, and you now have a furnace. Place it in your inventory.

Step 3 – Creating the Smoker in Minecraft

Open the crafting table, and place the Furnace in the middle block. Now place one wooden log on the blocks to the furnace’s left, right, up, and down. It should form a diamond looking from the outside. Craft and take the smoker in your inventory. You have made it!

Now a smoker only has one primary use. It cooks faster than the furnace. You will require fuel like coal to run it. You can find coal in mines. Alternatively, you can use Lava as a fuel source as well.

That is all you need to know about the smoker in Minecraft. Try this simple recipe because it will make your cooking much more effortless.
